She researches Italy’s culinary heritage, food tourism, gastronomy trends and quality of olive oil. She conducts sensory analysis workshops on olive oil, cooking classes and food tour. An associate and active member of many Italian organizations promoting Italian tourism and their traditional products. Graduate of International Relations at the University of Perugia in Italy.
