Specialist in food tourism, gastronomy, and Italian culinary products and traditions. Professional olive oil taster and olive oil judge. She researches Italy’s culinary heritage, food tourism, gastronomy trends and quality of olive oil.  She conducts sensory analysis workshops on olive oil, cooking classes and food tour.  An associate and active member of many Italian organizations promoting Italian tourism and their traditional products. Graduate of International Relations at the University of Perugia in Italy.


Research interests:

  • gastronimy;
  • culinary tourism;
  • heritage of the culinary tradition of Italy.
