She obtained her PhD in 2019 at the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, defending a thesis on the role of oat beta-glycan in the nutrition of people with chronic intestinal inflammation. Also awarded the title of MSc in biology and nutrition at the same University. Author and co-author of several scientific publications. Manager and contractor of national and international research grants. Active participant and organizer of several dozen scientific conferences. Winner of numerous awards, including two awards from the Rector of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, as well as a 1st degree award for scientific achievements. She has been running a dietetic clinic since 2016.
Areas of didactic/scientific interests:
- nutrition of children and infants;
- nutrition of pregnant and breastfeeding women;
- plant-based diets;
- psychodietetics.
